Feldenkrais - Awareness Through Movement

Room 4 of Avalon Recreation Centre at 55 Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon
The classes takes place within the school term and can make a significant change to the way you feel and move. The ten-week term is $200. The casual rate is $25 per class.
Due to the current situation my group classes are now being held online via zoom. If you’d like to participate email davidhall@bodylogic.net.au and I’ll send you a zoom invitation. Pricing for the online classes are by donation depending on your circumstances. $20, $10 or nothing if you are really pressed.
